Making a simple mask

This only needs a piece of cloth and two rubber bands

using a clean piece of cloth, not too thick

fold two or three times (so it will just cover nose and chin)

once folded, pull rubber bands (about a finger's length) over each end

fold back and tuck each end below the rubber band

tuck one end into the other

and using fingers to hold in place, position mask

and pull back the bands behind each ear

Washing a cloth mask

re-using a mask is useful if done correctly

wash mask in water at 60 degrees using mild detergent or washing up liquid

hang out to dry
